| A smiling Receptionist knew who I was and had me checked in before I got completely inside. I talked to her about my wife’s latest operations about when she could get her teeth cleaned. After her talking to my wife on the phone, she set up an appointment for my wife to get her teeth cleaned. The dental hygienist was friendly knowledgeable and did a great job of cleaning my teeth and showed me the problem areas to take care of when brushing my teeth. | Our dentist in Gilbert, of over 20 years, retired last year. We were looking for a new dentist, ugh! We received a referral from a friend in Show Low, where we have a 2nd home. We made an appointment 6 months ago with Dr. Trent Adams office in Show Low. We were thrilled we did not have to look any further! Yesterday we had our 2nd exam and cleaning appointment. From first walking in the door to a cheerful greeting, to the friendly & thourough hygienist and Trent Adams DDS, to a helpful checkout concerning insurance verification, Jim & I couldn’t be any happier with our new dentist office. | I love the care my family and I receive at Dr. Adam's practice. Each hygentist (we've used 3 because our schedule is crazy) is qualified and friendly. After getting her braces off (by a different orthodontist provider), my daughter had some stains on her teeth. Dr. Adams Jr and his hygentist went out of their way to improve this situation. We've had preventative care as well as teeth pulled and fillings put in. All experiences have been positive. The atmosphere is friendly and personal. Starting with Julie at the front desk we are always greeted by name with a smile and personalized conversation. They've worked with me and helped me get the best deals available with my insurance. | I have gone to Trent Adams growing up here until I was around 19, and just moved back from the valley. I have always had a pleasant visit here. While in the valley I used a couple other dentist's that were nice, but just not the same kind of experience. It's sure great to be back in town and have my dentist back. If I ever move away again I'm sure I will travel back here for any dental work. Today I was seen by Dr. Chet Adams, Dr. Trent Adam's son. It was one of the most comfortable and informative visits I have ever had. Chet explained everything very well and I really trust his knowledge and opinion with the difficult procedure he preformed today. There was little to no pain. Hygienists at the office are also highly skilled and caring as well as front office manager. It is worth noting that hygienist and front office manager have been with the practice for a number of years, which says alot. If she doesn't know your name the first time you walk in she definitely will know it the second time and takes time to welcome you when you come in. I've had a lot of work done in the past year-and-a-half and every time I go in there every one of the staff members that have helped me have made me feel welcome and like they have my best interest in what I need in mind. They are as excited for me as I am for myself about my teeth being fixed. It's like you're part of the family. They send me reminders to accommodate my forgetful mom brain! Also the entire staff are sweet and professional!
