| I have been going to this dentist for about 5 years now and I absolutely love them. Everyone in this dental office is extremely friendly and always happy. I like how when I walk in they all know who I am and my name. I had a lot of work done at first and every time I went in the girls would talk to me the entire time and put on some music just to distract me from what was going on. I had a fear of the dentist before I came here. Now I go every three months for a cleaning. I even went to the dentist on my 25th birthday and they unexpectedly gave me a birthday present and did a little happy birthday dance for me. | I had five molar caps added. I requested to do it in one day. They were glad to comply, if I was sure that is what I wanted? They fully explained what would go on in one day. I agreed. I spent six hours in the chair, with breaks during that time to stand up and walk around. They let me make the call for breaks. I left it to them. They just knew when it was time for a break. Dr. Jeong: Friendly, personable, caring, competent, informative, and as gentle as possible. The Registered Dental Assistants: Knowledgeable, friendly, personable, caring, competent, and as gentle as anyone could ask in a dental office. The Registered Dental Hygienists: Oh my love! This is what I fear most for a visit to the dentist. They dig, pry, scape, and generally make time in the seat not so much fun. Under the circumstances, Jeong DDS has the best in the business. | It is not an exaggeration to say that Dr. Bennett Jeong is one of my favorite persons. My family members have been his patients for 16 years and have always found him to be respectful, professional, humorous, easy going, humble and kind. He is efficient and yet takes time to show a personal interest in our lives. | This is the best office I have ever been to. Br. Jeong is so gentle you can't even feel the needle when he needs to numb your mouth. Yesterday I just had a cleaning and check up. The oral hygenist (sorry, I have problems remembering names) is the greatest. She is so kind and considerate. She has done my cleaning for many years now. The office staff made sure I was in and out on time since I had another appointment right after. Thank you Sue |

Both of them take the time to listen to each patient and treat them according to their specific need(s). The exam rooms are always clean and tidy and all personnel take exceptional precautions regarding hand-washing and infection prevention, which in my opinion is an absolute necessity! | Dr. Jeong and his staff are Special! My daughter decided to go to him after a family friend recommended him. She HATES going to the dentist, and left saying it was the best "dental" experience she had ever had. I hadn't been to him, only because he didn't take my insurance, but a dental emergency, MY FRONT TOOTH (A CAP)FELL OUT! I knew their office had the technology to make a new once in office, so I called and they were nice enough to take me right away! | The initial greeting is critical in setting the tone for any business. I received a friendly hello and was told my technician would be right with me. Almost as critical is how the visit ends. The receptionist smiled and said "good-bye" to end the visit on a friendly note. Marla, a true professional technician, balances being friendly with being professional with ease. She asks important questions and (since I've seen her before) updates me with any differences she sees in my mouth. She is thorough and yet immediately responds to sensitivities in my mouth. Drs.
