| I do not do well with dental work but Dr Elkadry and her warm staff make me calm and confident. I have a long series of procedures to go through to complete my implant. The doctor goes very slow, is very gentle and talks me through everything so I know what’s happening and what to expect. The staff is very friendly (all woman team) and are happy to take time to thoroughly review the dental plan and finances. I am so happy I found Baystate Dental Specialists. Anonymous |

| First visit to office since pandemic. This was a follow up visit. Greeted by receptionist who asked a series of health questions followed by the taking of my temperature. Once inside the procedure room, I was instructed to rinse with mouthwash. Dr. Elkadry came in with all protective gear on. She did the examination. | Excellent visit, with being seen by DDs right on time or a few minutes early. Welcomed and set up by dental assistant and soon after welcomed and seen by doctor Elkadry. DDs Elkadry was very good prior to administering shots, by concealing from obvious view the large needle. The procedure was done very professionally and and very quickly, almost before I was aware that it had started. Post procedure, Doctor Elkadry is very good at discussing options and next steps in process. She is also quite good at offering other potential options that may inure to the patients benefit, even as may relate to other follwup procedures to be administerd by your personal dentist. She also provided appropriate Rx perscription for followup treatments. All in all a very sucessful experience. Anonymous |

| It was my first appointment with Dr. Elkadry. My impression of the staff was very personable. The appointment was a consultation for an implant. Since this would be my first implant experience, Dr. Elkadry was very thorough in explaining the implant process. I never felt rushed as you do sometimes at appointments. Unfortunately, I was not a good candidate for receiving an implant but Dr. Eldadry quickly got on the phone with my dentist to discuss the next option for my dental work.
