Courteous, professional and unwilling to settle for less then perfection starting with the molds and ending with making sure that I had a full understand of all my options. The entire staff was amazing. The dentist is not always a wonderful experience for most, however this office and the team stands above others for going out of their way to make it both physically and mentally painless. | Very rarely do I go and put reviews up for anybody or anything but after visiting Dr. Bacchi's office last week due to excruciating pain with one of my upper molars I feel after the wonderful experience I had to write something. The staff is extremely nice and helpful and then when you meet the Doctor you meet just as wonderful and caring doctors as you do the rest of the staff. Not only were they able to get me in right away, when you get there you see they actually care and are so helpful with making sure your comfortable and I find nowadays that is very hard to find with a dentist or Doctor. I now have told my entire family who now will also be seeing this dentist cause it really is hard to find a dentist that truly cares about his patients. Deana S |
