| Staff is great, and do great work. Tina cleans my teeth and does a thorough and fantastic job every time, making sure I'm comfortable at all times, while always being upbeat and happy. Even though I only go every six months, they remember to ask me about things we talked about during my previous visit. Dr. Braun is great too, always asking how I'm doing and answering any questions I may have about my teeth. 4th Ave. Family Dentistry makes my dental appointments an actual pleasant experience, first time I've ever had a dentist that does that! Only reason I did not give a 5-star rating is that they are unable to take my Anthem insurance any longer, which means I have to pay out of pocket myself, then get reimbursed by my provider - which I will still gladly do for a good dentist. | 4th Avenue Dentistry was BY FAR the best experience I have ever had with a dentists office! Each and every impression I got throughout that hour was knocked out of the park. Firstly, the building is adorable, clean, and very well managed. The woman at the front desk are ON IT! Secondly, everyone that assisted me ( front desk, X-ray technician, dentist, dental hygienist ) were wonderfully nice, so friendly and chatty, and made the experience as easy and relaxing as possible. I'm the kind of person who hates going to the dentist and avoids dental appointments at all costs, but I came away from this visit feeling very positive about my experience. As a first-time patient, the team was thorough about making sure they had all of my proper personal and insurance information. The staff addressed all of my teeth-cleaning needs and did a thorough examination of the status of my past fillings, current problem areas, etc. They all had great advice, friendly service, and excellent bedside manner. During my cleaning, they were transparent in explaining every step of the process and answered all of my questions. Afterwards, the front staff was helpful in breaking down the prices of the visit (and future visits) and scheduling my next appointment. | Every visit has been a pleasant experience with Dr. Braun and the dental hygienists! They're passionate about what they do and they truly care for their patients. Love how Dr. Braun always takes the time to catch up with each patient before treatment to make everyone feel special, not just another patient in the chair. Excellent chair side manner for sure. My only suggestion would be to upgrade to better toothbrushes for the freebies. | You guys are the best dentist office I've ever been to! Your office staff, hygienists and doctors are all so friendly and I've never had to wait for more than 3-5 minutes before my appointment starts - usually you can see me right when I walk into the door which is so unlike other places I've been where you are waiting 20-30 minutes even after your appt starts. I have seen Suzy and Dr. Whitestone for several years now and they have always been comforting, honest, friendly and I leave my appointments so happy! After going to terrible dentists throughout childhood and adolescence, attending 4th Ave has been lovely. I am moving from Denver in a couple months and I have to say, I am so sad to leave you guys!! | I’ve been a patient for over 30 years so you must be doing quite a few things right to earn my loyalty! My hygienist, Susie seems like a family member to me. Always makes me feel like a welcome guest and a friend. Her level of professionalism and competence are outstanding. Two things have always impressed me over the years; a) the continuous training you do for all levels of your employees, and (b) the attention you give to always improving your equipment, processes, and the physical condition of your facility. | I'm so happy I was referred to 4th Avenue Family Dentistry by a close friend. The front office staff is so efficient and understanding and got me an appointment for a second opinion in just a few days. Dr. Braun and his dental assistant examined the tooth in question plus the x-rays I brought with me and diagnosed the problem and suggested a resolution. I had been misdiagnosed by another dentist in metro Denver. Dr. Braun's opinion matched that of my long time family dentist who is in another state. Dr. Braun was able to take care of the tooth during the same appointment. Dr. Braun takes the time to explain every step of the way and he is so polite to his very competent dental assistant. I'm so happy to find 4th Ave Dental and will be coming back for all my dental care. Barbara |

Had one before, didn't quite fit, quit wearing it...and years later, dentist says "hey, we'll just make you a new one for free". | I was referred by a co-worker years ago. After having several bad experiences with other dentinal places and my son was terrified of walking into a dentist. We walked in and the atmosphere was friendly. A dentist assistant came out and talked to my son got him to go back with them and my son came out happy and not scared anymore. My Family and I have been with 4th Ave for many years now and Dr. Chad Braun is AMAZING, friendly, honest, and always remembers his patients. I usually leave the dentist with bleeding gums that have been torn apart by the hygienist, but NEVER at 4th Avenue Dentistry. | I come in every 6 months for routine cleaning, etc. I always make a 7:00 AM appointment and always get right in and right out. The hygienist and dentists are fabulous - gentle, friendly, and cognizant of my time. They take the time to explain my current dental situation, which is always darned good because of the care they provide. My hygienist was incredibly personable and caring, asked if there where any things about dental visits that caused me anxiety so that they could be more cautious about those, and then she provided a great cleaning that didn't cut up my gums at all, which is a huge difference compared to other appointments I've had! | I've been going to this practice for two years now. I found Dr. Braun in the listing of 5280's Best Dentists. My kids and I haven't needed more than cleanings and other preventive measures, so I can't rate him on more extensive procedures. Our hygienists are always friendly, professional, and thorough. I know we're in good hands with each of them. The office has modern equipment including a digital panoramic X-ray machine which they used on me when I complained of jaw clicking. I was able to see the image on the computer monitor and discuss it with the dentist and hygienist. My kids have gotten sealants and fluoride treatments which is one of the reasons I don't need to report what cavity filling is like at this office. Our appointment times are honored; we are always taken back promptly and are finished, including payment and scheduling, within the hour timeframe. Katie |

They make it fun and continue to teach the the kids the right way to care for their teeth and why. They understand that it's important to teach it every time with kids and be patient with them. | The best place to get your teeth cleaned in Denver! 4th Avenue Family Dentistry runs like a well oiled machine. Once you check in you are promptly taken back for your cleaning, after the cleaning the dentist comes back to take a look at your teeth and answer any questions. There is no waiting around as is common in doctor appointments, they could not be more efficient and clearly respect the time of their patients. They make sure that you are comfortable during the cleaning and also remember personal details about you and take an interest in you and what's new since the last time you came in. DeLynn is my hygienist and she is wonderful, I am never in pain after the appt and she is very thorough, I always feel like I leave with perfect super clean teeth. | I was visiting Denver and cracked a big crown. Relatives recommended Dr. Braun and he was able to see me the same day to put a temporary crown on to prevent further damage / infection. | Words cannot express how much I love and adore Dr. Chad Braun and his team. I went through 3 dental offices in 2 years and by pure coincidence did I meet Dr. Braun while at my Ortho office crying about the terrible service and treatment I've been receiving by my then, dental office. My Ortho introduced me to Dr. Braun and we've been with them since (8 years) and have never had an unpleasant visit. He now sees my entire family and I constantly refer others to this office as they truly care about their patients and put them first. If there's ever a discrepancy with cost etc. they'll never put that on the patient and will resolve directly or find a way to alleviate the patients issue. I hope to never have to transfer to another dental office and doctor. Linh |

My entire family is under his care and we are totally satisfied in every aspect. The office staff is very attentive and they have never dropped the ball on us. | You guys go above and beyond - thank you, DeLynn and Dr. Whitestone, for working extra hard to get that stain off my front tooth, diagnosing the crack that caused it and quoting the fix. Something to think about, and good to know my options. Also, I love the quick tartar-removing device. It's so much more gentle than the traditional manual scraping and scraping - I'm sure that's because of its expert operator. | Every visit to 4th Avenue Family Dentistry is always a pleasure, and that's coming from someone (like many others) who doesn't really enjoy going to the dentist. From the lovely ladies at reception that are quick to check you in and good for a chat about the weather to the gentle hygienist Megan and the efficient talker Dr. Braun, 4th Ave. just does a fantastic job at easing my anxiety. I know my mouth is pretty small but Megan was quick and efficient and, I cannot emphasize this enough, GENTLE! Even small details, like not pinching my lips against my own teeth when shifting instruments which isn't a big deal when it does happen but it was definitely not missed when it didn't happen. Dr. Braun and his team have this on lock and I will always recommend them to anyone that is looking for a new dentist. Yvonne |

| It is truly amazing how one person in the team can influence an appointment. I find the staff at the front desk very professional and attentive to patients needs while my hygienist, Gabi, made the cleaning experience enjoyable and relaxing. I was so impressed with how well they were treated by the staff at 4th Ave, particularly the hygienists, who were very good to them and dad a wonderful job with the cleaning and teaching the children about how to take care of their teeth! My younger son had his first ever dentist appointment and was very nervous. The hygienist who worked with him was really sweet with him and comforted him and got with through the whole visit, keeping him calm and happy. I moved to Denver a little over 2 years ago and never got around to getting a local dentist until now. The hygienist who I saw (Kelsey, maybe? Sorry for not remembering or if I'm spelling that wrong) was very pleasant, friendly, and great at her job. I'm not sure what the name of tool was she used in place of the normal scary-looking scrape/poke thing but I know the technology revolves around it "oscillating." Either way, that used to be the worst part of going to the dentist but with that tool it was much more pleasant and didn't leave my jaw and gums sore like usual. | Chad Braun is by far the best dentist I have ever had in my life. I am eleven years old. NOT. I am 58. Anyway, today I went in to get my crown reseated, which came off last Friday. Chad was able to squeeze me in on Monday morning. The crown will need to be replaced, but I am in the middle of a temporary move to the mountains, and then back to Denver in mid October...so I have no time for such things. Chad explained that he would be able to repair the crown as is and I should be good for awhile, until I can get around to it. Most dentists would never say such a thing; they would want to squeeze you for all you are worth at that moment. And in my history with Chad, he has always made sound decisions about dentistry. So much of it is cosmetic these days. And he can certainly do that for you, but he is not going to pressure you into it and try to make you think your teeth will fall out if you don't. | Dr. Braun is fantastic! After an ordeal with a crown that didn't go quite right, I came to Dr. Braun for a second opinion at the recommendation of a co-worker. Dr. Braun has been so great so far. He is so gentle. When I had to receive multiple shots in my mouth, he was so skilled and careful that I barely even felt it. When I told him that I normally take a few extra shots to get numb, he took his time and gave me some extra injections to make sure I was comfortable. He explained everything he was doing and answered all the questions that I had and I now have a temporary crown that fits way better than my old permanent one! I am so happy to finally have relief after more than a month of pain and discomfort. This is a world of difference from other experiences I have had at the dentist. Going to the dentist isn't anyone's favorite past time, but Dr. Braun makes it as easy as possible. I won't be going anywhere else and will be recommending this practice to everyone! Jessica |

| I cannot say enough good things about 4th Avenue Family Dentistry. Honestly who likes going to the dentist, but now that I have found this office I don't dread it anymore! Yesterday I came in and had my teeth thoroughly cleaned by DeLynn, I had not been in in over a year and she did not make me feel bad or guilty, she took the extra time to get my teeth super clean. I was expecting it to hurt a lot but she was gentle and efficient getting a tough job done with very little pain. Dr. Whitestone is also amazing, he could not be nicer or friendlier and always takes his time chatting with you and reviewing the work that the hygienist did and answers any questions that you might have about your appointment. Often times dentists are rushed and quickly glance at your teeth but Dr. Whitestone really takes about 10 minutes when he comes in, this is always impressive to me. | I had a 3:20pm appointment, Dr. Braun was seeing about 3 other patients had appointments at least 1 1/2 hours before my appointment. I arrived at the office at about 2:00pm but I was seen right away. Dr. Braun told me I needed a crown on one of large molars. He asked me if I had time to have this done right away. I was so happy that he took care of it that day. My procedure was completed by 3:15pm! He is very gentle while he does his magic. I had a very large filling he had to remove with the drill, I didn't feel a thing. I have several root canals and crowns which he has done in the recent years. All are done superbly. His nurse does excellent work as well. The team at the reception desk are very welcoming and efficient. I recommend Dr. Braun to all of my colleagues. Mr. C |

| My most recent experience was a consult about a really painful tooth. I had a cleaning scheduled for the next week, but was in intolerable pain. They were able to fit me in the same day I called and referred me to get a root canal which was scheduled for the following day. While there, my regular hygenist Carol, saw me and was able to do my cleaning after my consult so that I didn't have to go back the next week. Once again - top notch treatment and service! We moved to the other side of Denver over a year ago, but still continue to go to 4th Ave because of this high level of customer service. No one enjoys going to the dentist, but we actually do! | As always, I received excellent care from both Brooke and Dr. Braun. They are both gentle, kind, efficient, and conversational. I am 9 months pregnant with swollen and sensitive gums. They made sure not to irritate my gums and informed me why they are inflamed. They also made me aware that they could continue to be inflamed and sensitive for up to eight months after the birth of our daughter. This is great knowledge to have because I had no idea it might take that long for them to return to normal. I had a great visit. I am so happy I have found such a wonderful dental practice; one that I will feel confident bringing our daughter to when the time comes. Andria W |
