| OMG NICOLE the receptionist at the front desk is AMAZING!!! She knows what she's doing and I can tell she really cares about the patient's. She was able to move my appointment to an earlier date. I immediately noticed a difference over the phone that my children would be treated with love and care!! I wasn't disappointed at all from the front desk to the Dental Assistant who explained the care that would be done and what to do to keep up my children's smile. | The treatment was spectacular. We spoke Spanish, only a little English, the receptionist was very kind and spoke to us very slowly so we could communicate. The assistant speaks Spanish to be able to communicate with parents and children. He was very kind and efficient. We were grateful and happy with the attention. | My kids have been going there for years and they’ve always had great experiences every time. Recently I had an appointment for my daughter and a few days prior to her visit they called to confirm her appointment. On the confirmation call, I voiced my concerns with my daughter’s teeth and they went out of their way to shorten their lunch to squeeze my daughter in. I know how busy they are and for them to make that sacrifice during their lunch meant the world to me. | Both ny kids had cleanings and the office allows them to go back there together and they love it because it makes them feel comfortable. When he kids came out an got in the car they said that the staff is really nice an that gives me so much relief because parents are not aloud in the back an my kids are little. | First time going to office, getting an appointment was great didn't have to wait weeks, the check In process was easy. My son went back couple mins before schedule appt, I walked back with him and was told what they were going to do, and if anything changes they would come tell me. I was told to go back to the waiting room to wait per their office policy and it wasn't a long wait. My boy came out the door smiling and happy with two prizes in his hand. I was pulled back in and told what the X-ray showed and talked about his teeth. I had some concerns so I was able to talk with the doctor as well. | Amazing! My son hates going to the dentist. He refused to get into the car. I had to bribe him with McGriddles. From the moment we walked in we were welcome, we were a couple minutes late- the receptionist was very gracious and understanding, they walked us through the paperwork and procedures, I dreaded my sons reaction. He gives everyone a hard time. He LOVED the dentist and so do I. She gave my son the option of not having his tooth pulled but getting a root canal instead. I informed Magic Dental if this and I took him in on Jan 24 3023 and they were able to do X-rays, clean his teeth do everything that was needed that others couldn’t. It is very important do develop a relationship with people. My kids keep up with their cleanings more than I do.!They are also time efficient.
