 Best and fastest dental office ever! I absolutely love this place — every time I bring my kids, we’re in and out in no time. The staff is super friendly, patient, and great with children. They make my kids feel comfortable and actually excited to go to the dentist! I truly appreciate how efficient and professional they are.  I brought my three children in ages 6 and under, which was extremely hectic it was our first visit for all three so there was a lot of paperwork. Everyone we encountered was pleasant and kind, the girls in the back were so sweet to all my kids. All three felt so special when we left, I highly recommend this pediatric dental office.

 I have a child who is "on the spectrum". She is deathly afraid of needles in the mouth and going to the dentist. Magic Dental in Palm Bay was very understanding and let me accompany my child the whole time. They were very accommodating and explained every step of the way to my child. My child was put at ease to a degree by their handling of the situation. A+ all around. Thank you to the dentist and his staff! Tha Melbourne office is closer to my home but I am going to drive the extra Mike's to come to the Palm Bay office.

 I would highly recommend Magic Dental. The staff are very welcoming and kind. The front office is the best I've encountered.There's simply no better practice to go to for your dental well being. The only thing is, I wish they had a dental care package for the kids.

 I was very happy with the dental appointment for my three grandchildren. I was able to make the appointment for all three at the same day and time. They were seen promptly and I received the dental results by a dental assistant. I was given an appointment for an orthodontist for evaluations on two of the children. Even though this is not an Orthodontist that accepts Medicaid, they do have plans for payment if treatment is needed. Two of the kids received sealants during their visits . I filled out a post card ad they will remind me of their next dental cleaning. The staff was very kind and answered all my questions and concerns.

They take such good care and I mean care of our daughters teeth and the friendly and easy going way all the staff approach and deal with her to make her feel comfortable and at ease is simply priceless. I can’t thank them enough each visit for taking such good care of our daughter’s teeth and overall. Thank you Mike and your team for always going above and beyond for our daughter.

 I was in and out within 35 minutes. All of the staff from receptionist to dental assistants were extremely informative and friendly. My experiences at Magic Dental have always been great. However at my last visit two other moms were there and appeared unsatisfied and they were vocalizing it in a rude manner. I hope their rudeness and child like behaviors do not discourage Magic Dental in any way from continuing to be an awesome friendly practice. Working with the public can be challenging especially when adults act out of line and condescending. Keep up your professionalism and positivity!!

 At first I hated the kids only in the back policy. But the children claim it's painless, and fun even with the staff. They don't throw a fit either,when cleaning appts arrive. So I'll take it as a win.

Only the 2nd visit since moving here from Atlanta and feels like my daughter has been going forever. Oh, and what made it even better was the Saturday appointment! I did not have to miss work 😊

It doesn’t take all morning like at other places. They are attentive to what each child needs and very helpful at resolving everything for my kiddos so that their mouth is in tip top shape. All dentists and assistants take their time and explain everything in detail and are very helpful. My kids love coming here! Bonus is they're open Saturdays so it doesn't interrupt school or work schedules also!

 I love it here first of all they have bilingual employees and is a great thing because they can speak to the kids and they can speak to the parents. I love their scheduling process the reminding process that all this stuff is super nice with my kids. We love it there I take both of my kids my five year old and my 13 year old and every time we go there everything works out perfect if we need a referral to another place they take care of it. I have no thing bad to say about them a great place to help bring your kids into their kids to feel happy in the family in a good environment. My kids love it.

 Both of my sons were seen at Magic Dental. 0ne of them is Autistic 13yr old and the other 16yr old. They did an awesome cleaning job on their teeth. My younger son was happy when he returned home and my older son stated he would would go there again. I'm very happy.

They were nice to let me go back this time and the assistant was so patient t and kind to my son by the time we left he was excited to go back. This was an emergency visit and they were able to see us the same day. I left very happy and comfortable with this dental office. Thank you

 We have had a great experience with Magic Dental. The office staff is welcoming and friendly. The only down side is not being able to go into the back with my children, however they have made all of my children feel comfortable and safe even when extractions were needed. I wish there was direct communication with the dentist but I understand their policies and procedures are just simply different than what I have experienced. Overall we have had a great experience and I will continue to use them.

 Friendly and clean environment. They take full precaution and use safety measures for COVID. My boy's are always willing to go every 6 months since they were 3 years old. They are now 9 and 11. They monitor anything that they see very carefully to make sure your children have healthy teeth. I fully recommend them. Parents are not allowed in the back. In most cases this works out because it's and in and out visit and it isn't very big in the back. I can't imagine how it would be if they did allow parents. It would be very crowded. They have plenty of adult staff caring for them. Parents can also make their children more anxious and I'm sure they are trying to make the dental visit less scary. Parents are allowed if the child has severe separation anxiety or other special needs. I honestly love how well my 2 boys do without me by their side. They will speak to you once the checkup is over and you can speak to the Dentist if you have further questions.

 I have past dental trauma and severe anxiety and OCD. i had actually cried prior to them working on me but once they started working my anxiety went down tremendously. they’re super nice and gentle. they’re very understanding and they made sure i was comfortable and that if i was in any pain to let them know.

 I was actually pleasantly surprised and glad I did not let the negative rating on Google detour me from taking our daughter. Staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Never was put on hold longer than just a couple of minutes, if that - and I called quite a bit. Very happy overall and do hope that others start leaving more helpful reviews. Thank you guys!  Benn bringing our kids to Magic Dental since they were little (almost 10 years), and because of how great the staff is, our kids have no fear of the dentist. My wife and I have also been going here for the last 10 years and we love it. The staff is friendly and Dr Assaf takes really good care of his patients. Not only is he a good dentist, but he is very altruistic. I really enjoy my semi-annual visits with Dr. Assaf and the rest of his staff.

My son’s appointment was for the filling and cleaning of cavities and he was having a bit of anxiety towards the whole situation.  My youngest son needed some dental work done so we went through his primary dentist and they wanted him to have the tooth taken out under anesthesia and I wasn't too sure about that, so I asked some people really close to us if they knew of another Dental office that can take care of kids and they gave me the name of magic Dental and to tell you the truth I am so happy we made the appointment. My son has the tooth removed without going under anesthesia and he did a fantastic, I will recommend it to anybody it was the best place I ever been. There are kind, respectful and great customer service.

With my son being autistic I always worry about when we go to the doctor and how he's going to react and how the doctor is going to react but the staff and the dentist at Magic Dental are always kind and patient with him. And that means the world to me. I highly recommend Magic Dental.

 My son has asperger's and anxiety. He will be 11 in Aug. He has always hated the dentist, screaming and crying on the way and in the waiting room. I would never think to send him back alone. However, at Magic Dental, he was nervous but went back to the hygienist alone. Had xrays, a cleaning and sealant done and left SMILING!!! My niece also went to this dentist as a child and loved it. I was impressed.

 Dr Assaf and his staff are great and very personable. Our family has been going to Magic Dental for over 7 years (when they Discount Family Dentistry), and the new name really fits. My kids have been going here since they were little and never once have they been scared to go. My daughter had to have teeth pulled when she was 8 and she didn’t have any fears. Dr. Assaf and Magic Dental really takes care of us and make us feel like family.

 My son has really bad dental anxiety. We chose to try a new office and upon calling Magic Dental, they were very helpful and nice! We came in and after waiting, was greeted by Marie. She was phenomenal with my son and even calming me for him!!! She was gentle speaking, understanding, listened to his concern and spoke with him in a reassuring, sweet way. He was able to feel relaxed and enjoyed his time with her. As a Mother, this is extremely appreciated and comforting. While I couldn’t go back with him, I felt like I could trust him with her. Thank You, Marie! Every person that helped us or ran the desk were all very nice and informative. My only concern was they let my son leave in pain and they couldn’t give him another appointment for a month. (Not an infection or cavity). Very pleased overall.

 The office is clean with plenty of customer seating. There was a children's movie playing on the TV for young children waiting. Parents are not encouraged to be with tots during their treatments. The dental assistant does spend time after the treatment covering what was done and if future treatments are necessary. Wait time to be seen was less than 10 minutes after arrival.

 Excellent staff and doctors. I highly recommend them . The only negative thing about them is that we have to drive one hour to get their, but it is definitely worth the it.

 Took my Mom for a crown replacement, expecting an average office, staff and treatment. To my surprise, the staff and the doctors were just terrific. They explained to my Mom how they are going to treat her, made her comfortable, and did an excellent job with the new crown. The cost was very reasonable, or shall I say less then what I expected for the service we received. Thanks for all the staff and the doctors.
