Dr. Wiggs was highly recommended on my insurance’s website and I can completely see why. He was kind, thorough, patient, and made me feel completely comfortable with the care I was getting. I was never made to feel shame about my dental history by anyone in the office. The hygienist (so sorry I don’t know her name) was incredibly gentle- even while scraping my teeth, which is normally my most dreaded part. The PPE they all wore and the precautions everyone in the office took made me extremely comfortable to be at a dentist during a pandemic.

"To be perfectly honest, I felt a bit short-changed with this last visit. The hygenist was running late and my appointment was a half hour late. I'm fine with that, things happen and she is a new hire and very pleasant. But I didn't get the additional info on how my self-treatment is going since my pockets weren't read. Overall Dr. Wiggs said I'm doing well and opened my return visit up an additional month, which is great; but I lack the knowledge of any particular quadrant or tooth I need to address.

"I arrived at Dr. Riggs' office about 10 minutes before the appointment. I was welcomed by name and told to have a seat until called.
I was also asked to review my information for any changes. I was called by my technician promptlyand directed to my room.
My tech was professional yet very personable. She was also very efficient.
She told me what she was doing and why. She also answered any questions readily.

Dr. Wiggs came and examined my teeth and my tech's work. We talked about some future work I am planning. I always enjoy and appreciate my visits to Dr. Wiggs' office."
