"There are not many things that we can control in life, but one of them is taking care of our mouths. Yes, we take our teeth for granted and we are often very mean to them. We eat caramels so thick that chewing them becomes a taffy-pull and we're amazed when our crown comes off. Popcorn is great while we're throwing it in by the fistful, but two days later we're trying to figure out why our gums are swollen and tender only to frantically dig around like a squirrel who lost his favorite nut, just trying to ease the suffering. Then there are the folks who chew ice - you know who you are - because it feels so incredibly good, but it's so incredibly bad for our teeth. For all of the things we do to our mouths, Dr. Lynch and her staff are trained and ready. Patient care is their number one priority and they go above and beyond to ensure that we understand what needs to be done. MaryEllen greeted me with a smile and explained the new protocols for COVID 19 screening. I felt like the office was doing everything they could to keep me and their team safe. Then while I waited to be called back, Casey started talking to me and asked how our family was doing. She always makes me feel welcome and greets me with a warm smile! Dr. Lynch replace a crown that was originally placed by another dentist years ago. This crown had been poorly made and fitted originally by that other dentist and Dr. Lynch had done all she could for several years to improve it and save me the expense of replacing it, but the time finally came when it was necessary to do the replacement, and what a difference the new crown has made. Even the temporary crown was an improvement, but the permanent crown is wonderful! Rachel has been cleaning and evaluting my teeth for a long time now and she is very good, pleasent to visit with, and makes the experience a good one.
