"On Mother's Day, I woke with extreme tooth pain on the left side of my mouth. Being a Sunday and during COVID 19, I didn't think I would get through to the Rakowsky Dentistry staff, but I called their office number in desperation. To my surprise, I got a return phone call within an hour. After answering a series of questions from Donna, a nurse on Dr. Rakowski's staff, prescriptions were called (with Dr. Rakowsky's approval) to my pharmacy for an antibiotic and a small amount of pain medication (which was a tremendous help); and Donna fit me for an appointment the next day into their already crowded schedule. Donna met me in the office parking lot the next day and ushered me into an exam room after check in. Dr. Rakowsky determined that I needed extractions and this dental work was scheduled for the next day (Tuesday). On Tuesday, Donna again met me in the parking lot, took me directly to the room for the operation and 2 teeth were extracted. Afterwards, Donna provided me precise" (5 stars) |
