"I visited Dr. Barbers office for the second time now and I ranted and raved about how amazing they were. My first visit was wonderful. Everyone was so nice and caring and I was in and out pretty quickly. The second visit I was a little frustrated because my appointment time was changed 3x prior to arriving which was ok because I was off any way. But when arriving on the time that they switched my appointment to, I ended up waiting almost 1 hour to be seen. If I hadn’t been off of work I probably would have left and rescheduled at another time. Everyone was very nice and apologetic but I do think that if the business is going to accept middle of the day appointments especially a time where someone may be coming on their lunch it is most important to be on time. 10-15 minutes is okay but 50 minutes is pretty excessive. They do wonderful work here and are very caring but I do have to give 4/5 stars after my last experience. If you are looking for a new dentist or to switch to a new dentis"

"Have been with Dr Barber since many years. I’m a difficult, challenging and very demanding patient, while Dr. Barber always took excellent care of my dental needs.
He is incredible skilled, takes the time and is direct in explaining the specific dental issues and the treatment options, stays in touch with the new theoretical dental care developments and technics, including always updating the support software and necessary hardware and tools.
Currently, I do live in Pittsburgh where Dr Barber has the office; however, if I will have to move, I will still make the trip to Pittsburgh for my dental care.
Last, but not least, I would like to mention his main secretary Donna, which is very customer oriented and keeps the schedule and administration going smoothly. Rarely, to be found such a person in a doctor’s office in these days – normally, conversations with doctor’s secretary restricts to only “question on your issuance provider and paying method” …, but not with Donna!"
