"I had to get my cavities fixed and I was super nervous due to a previously bad experience at a different office where I wasn't numbed all the way. I let the current staff know I was nervous and they set up a way for me to communicate if I could feel something, or if I needed a break. On top of that, they had headphones and I could listen to my favorite artist! When I did let them know I could feel something they stopped, set about to fix it and explained why. Them explaining why helped a ton because it showed that they knew the problem and knew how to fix it. They explained in simple terms which helped me understand and it was such a great experience compared to my last one. "One of my older gold crowns broke off. When I called in, Marie said I could come right over to the office to be evaluated. When I arrived I was brought right into the exam room and Dr. Saunders, and his assistant, Kara (sp?) were able to assess my situation and go right to work to help me. After a very relaxing and pain-free few hours I walked out of the office with a new, perfectly-fit, color-matched crown.
