"Overall, my experience with Bischoff Family Dentistry has been good. The dental hygienist was excellent. She was gentle yet thorough. I had a crown replaced and the experience was not so good. The dentist's assistant, Sarah, was polite but inexperienced. While the dentist was removing the old crown and working on the tooth, he used water along with the drilling of the tooth. The assistant did a poor job of suctioning the water out of my mouth. Several times I felt I was drowning and could not swallow any more water. I had to have the dentist stop so I could suction the excess water myself. He then commented that they have to use water to remove the old crown. I know that because I have had several crowns (more than five) replaced in previous years. The problem was not the use of water or too much water, but the inexperience of the assistant in suctioning the water used. The problem was compounded by the dentist reclining my chair to a completely supine position. I have never"

I went to my appointment thinking I would get my teeth cleaned and then make a different appointment to have my tooth fixed. My teeth were cleaned by Stacey, a lovely and professional young lady, and when Dr. Bischoff came in, he looked at my broken tooth and said it needed a crown and that they could do it that very same day, as someone had cancelled due to illness!
