"I am 64 years old and throughout my whole life I have had some bad experiences with dentists. Not sure if it is because of bad luck, too much tooth and gum sensitivity or dentists just not listening to me, however this changed yesterday. After calling many places for an emergency appointment and failing I ended up calling Parkway dental care. Not only was the person that answered the phone very empathetic and professional, they gave me an AM appointment for the next day. At appointment time I was very nervous and fearful. Dr. Rizvi and his assistant were wonderful, they both made me feel at ease and the massage chair helped. Dr. Rizvi had to extract my molar, but I felt almost nothing. After the initial injections to numb the tooth did not work fully (as it happens to me many other times), the doctor listened to me and gave me another injection which worked. "I was having a problem with a very sensitive tooth and was out of town when it began to flare up. I searched for emergency dentists in the area and found Parkway Dental Care. I called and got a same day appointment which was great in and of itself. At the appointment, I was told that I would need a root canal to save the tooth. It already had a crown on it. Much to my surprise and delight, Dr. Rizvi told me he could do the root canal that very afternoon!! Not only did that save me from having to find an endodontist but it also saved me from having to wait weeks for an appointment! Dr. Rizvi did a very thorough and fantastic job on the tooth, a tooth that was doing a lot of bleeding during the procedure, due it’s very poor condition. My tooth is great now and I am thrilled!
