"I am 64 years old and throughout my whole life I have had some bad experiences with dentists. Not sure if it is because of bad luck, too much tooth and gum sensitivity or dentists just not listening to me, however this changed yesterday. After calling many places for an emergency appointment and failing I ended up calling Parkway dental care. Not only was the person that answered the phone very empathetic and professional, they gave me an AM appointment for the next day. At appointment time I was very nervous and fearful. Dr. Rizvi and his assistant were wonderful, they both made me feel at ease and the massage chair helped. Dr. Rizvi had to extract my molar, but I felt almost nothing. After the initial injections to numb the tooth did not work fully (as it happens to me many other times), the doctor listened to me and gave me another injection which worked. Everything went fine and I definitely felt so much better. I think I might have finally found my dentist. Thank you to Dr. Rizvi"

"Dr Rizvi is our dentist, but my young son goes to KidsCare dental next door. My son had a painful tooth and needed to be seen ASAP. I couldn’t get in contact with Kids Care, so took him to Dr Rizvis office. They were able to get him in quickly. The best part about this, is that Dr Rizvi knows my son does much better at the Kids dentist, so he asked his staff members to go next door and advocate for my son to be seen by them the same day. He also added that if they were unable to help him today, he would get my son out of pain.

"I was having a problem with a very sensitive tooth and was out of town when it began to flare up. I searched for emergency dentists in the area and found Parkway Dental Care. I called and got a same day appointment which was great in and of itself. At the appointment, I was told that I would need a root canal to save the tooth. It already had a crown on it. Much to my surprise and delight, Dr. Rizvi told me he could do the root canal that very afternoon!!
Not only did that save me from having to find an endodontist but it also saved me from having to wait weeks for an appointment!
Dr. Rizvi did a very thorough and fantastic job on the tooth, a tooth that was doing a lot of bleeding during the procedure, due it’s very poor condition.
My tooth is great now and I am thrilled! I highly recommend Parkway Dental Care and especially Dr. Rizvi! Well done!"

Parkway Dental Care offers outstanding customer service and runs an extremely professional office with highly qualified staff from reception to x-ray technician to dental hygienist to dentist. They are one of the few dentist offices that were able to accommodate someone in a wheelchair and listen to customer needs. The x-ray equipment is designed to roll the wheelchair right in place. The dental chair itself lowers down far enough to transfer from the wheelchair to the chair with the assistance of a walker. We have been so happy with the dentist’s and all the staff who treat you with respect and so much kindness.
