Without my asking, very helpful, proactive Admin person was able to squeeze me in for an appointment on a Monday after we initially spoke on Friday & I had not even requested that; however, was a "win-win" for all. What I also appreciated about the practice was that at the appointment, we actually accomplished my initial main goal, i.e., deal with the broken tooth instead of wasting time & money going for a "consult" & coming back LATER to resolve broken tooth issue.
